The greatest challenge in the treatment of poor body image, “food issues,” etc. is making sure that all practitioners are fully “walking their talk” in their own recovery.

- How does internalized (or externalized) fatphobia still affect your day-to-day life?
- Any compulsive thoughts or behaviors with food we need to discuss? (restrictive thoughts, binge-eating, body-shame, etc?)
- What do you still need to work on to be fully present for your existing and future clients?
